Potato Waffle

A creative appetiser attractively served.

    Ingredients

    For 2 waffles:

    • 400 g Mashed Potato
    • 200 g carrot seeds or cress
    • 2 eggs
    • 200 g flour
    • 50 g salmon
    • Dill sauce

    Preparation

    Waffle maker, 4 minutes
    1. Mix the Mashed Potato in a bowl with the carrot seeds, eggs and flour.
    2. Transfer the mixture to the waffle iron.
    3. Cook the waffles for approx. 4 minutes.
    4. Garnish with salmon and dill sauce.
