Smashed Potatoes

Aromatic crispy potatoes.

Ideal as an accompaniment or canapé.

    Ingredients

    For 1 serving:

    • 6 Mids
    • 50 g grated Parmesan
    • 50 g pesto
    • Oil
    • Salt

    Preparation

    Oven
    200 °C, 15 minutes
    1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C.
    2. Mash the potatoes with a fork and place on a baking tray.
    3. Add the pesto, oil, Parmesan and salt to the potatoes.
    4. Place the baking tray in the oven for 15 minutes.
    5. Suggestion: serve the potatoes with the rest of the pesto and a good steak.
