Stuffed Pepper

Stuffed pepper with Potato Gratin.

Easy to make, stunning to serve!

    Ingredients

    For 12 portions:

    • 2 kg Potato Gratin Deluxe
    • 6 peppers
    • 500 g grated cheese

     

    Preparation

    Oven
    200 °C, 20 minutes
    1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C.
    2. Halve the peppers lengthways and scoop out the seeds and flesh.
    3. Place the Potato Gratin in a dish.
    4. Fill the peppers with the Potato Gratin.
    5. Arrange the peppers in a casserole dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    6. Place the dish in the oven for 20 minutes.
    7. Tip: To spice up the flavour, use Mediterranean Potato Gratin instead!
    Top
