Steamer
Steamer: heat for 8 minutes in a preheated steamer at 100°C (100% steam).
Microwave
Microwave: heat 1 minute per 100g product at 1000 Watt.
Frying Pan
Frying pan: fry for approx. 8 minutes with a little (liquid) butter or oil at medium temperature until golden brown.
Oven
heat 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
