Aromatic crispy potatoes.
Ideal as an accompaniment or canapé.
For 1 serving:
- 6 Mids
- 50 g grated Parmesan
- 50 g pesto
200 °C, 15 minutes
- Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C.
- Mash the potatoes with a fork and place on a baking tray.
- Add the pesto, oil, Parmesan and salt to the potatoes.
- Place the baking tray in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Suggestion: serve the potatoes with the rest of the pesto and a good steak.
