Japanese-Inspired Gratin

A delicious Potato Gratin with a Japanese hint.

The fresh, aromatic blend of smoked salmon and wasabi is the perfect complement to the classic Potato Gratin.

    Ingredients

    Serves 4:

    • 700 g Potato Gratin Deluxe
    • 200 ml quark
    • 1–2 teaspoon wasabi paste
    • 150 g smoked salmon

    Preparation

    Oven
    200°C, 25 minutes
    1. Pre-heat the oven to 220 °C.
    2. Place the Potato Gratin in a casserole dish.
    3. Mix the wasabi with the quark and arrange over the potatoes.
    4. Garnish the gratin with salmon and place the dish in the oven for 25 minutes.
    Top
