Potato flatbread

Flatbread made from mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

Makes 3:

  • 300 g Peka Mashed Potatoes
  • 300 g durum
  • 400 g wheat flour
  • 6 dl water
  • 3 tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 10 g of yeast

 

Preparation

  1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Then add durum flour, wheat flour, mashed potatoes, oil and salt and stir the dough on a mixer for approx. 10 minutes.
  2. Let the dough rise, covered, for two hours.
  3. Spread the flatbreads thinly on a floured table. Fry them in a hot pan with oil until golden. Finally, sprinkle with bit of flaked salt.
