  • Potato pizza dough

    Delicious pizza made from mashed potato! Top off to your favourite taste.

    Ingredients

    2/3 pizzas:

    • 300 g Peka Mashed Potatoes
    • 400 g durum
    • 300 g wheat flour
    • 6 dl water
    • 3 tbsp. oil
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 10 g of yeast

     

    Preparation

    Just follow the preparation steps!
    1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Then add durum flour, wheat flour, mashed potatoes, oil and salt and stir the dough on a mixer for approx. 10 minutes.
    2. Let the dough rise, covered, for two hours.
    3. Roll out the pizzas thinly on a floured table.
    4. As a filling, you can spread a thin layer of creme fraiche on the pizza dough and add ham, spinach and grated mozzarella.
    5. Bake the pizzas on a baking stone at 250 °C for approx. 5-8 minutes.
