Tarte Flambée au Gratin

The classic tarte flambée with a twist!

Use Potato Gratin as the basis.

    Ingredients

    Per tarte flambée:

    • 200 g Potato Gratin Deluxe
    • 1 tarte flambée base
    • 50 bacon, in strips or diced
    • Half a red onion

    Preparation

    Frying Pan
    middle temperature, 5 minutes
    Oven
    200 °C, 15 minutes
    1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C.
    2. Sauté the bacon in a pan.
    3. Slice or dice the red onion.
    4. Arrange the Potato Gratin on the tarte flambée base.
    5. Sprinkle with bacon and onions.
    6. Place the tarte flambée in the oven for 15 minutes.
    7. Tip: For variety, you can use salmon and dill in place of bacon.
