Ingredients
70% potatoes, water, skimmed milk, vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, olive oil, sunflower oil), 2,9% mushrooms, 1,8% cream (milk), barn egg yolk, salt, sugar, cheese powder (milk), modified maize starch, stabilisers (diphosphates, guar gum), spices, dextrose, whey powder (milk), lemon juice, flavourings, wine vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, 0,002% truffle juice, 0,001% truffle.
Preparation Method
Steamer
heat for 25 minutes in a preheated steamer at 100°C (100% steam).
Microwave
heat 1 minute per 100g product at 1000 Watt.
Oven
heat 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
Bain Marie
warm for approx. 25 minutes in hot water.
