 
      
          Mash of Potato Gratin
A delicious and aromatic Mashed Potato.
Ingredients
Serves 10:
- 2 kg Potato Gratin Deluxe
- Topping suggestion:
 - 50 g brown shrimps
 - 50 ml hollandaise sauce
 - Chives
Preparation
        Microwave
      
	        1000 watts, approx. 1 minute per 100g
      
        Bain Marie
      
	        25 minutes
      
- Place the Potato Gratin in a mixer.
- Purée to a fine mash.
- Heat the Potato Gratin mash.
- Tip: Garnish the mash with warm hollandaise sauce, brown shrimps and chives.
