Potatoes au Gratin with Vegetables

Vegetarian, aromatic packed with vegetables!

    Ingredients

    For 1 serving:

    • 100 g Mids
    • 100 g grilled vegetables (e.g. courgette, aubergine and pepper)
    • 50 g mini mozzarella
    • 20 g pesto
    • Oil

    Preparation

    Oven
    180 °C, 15 minutes
    1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 °C.
    2. Marinate the Mids in oil and pesto.
    3. Grill the vegetables in a pan.
    4. Mix the Mids with the vegetables in a casserole dish.
    5. Arrange the mini mozzarella on the gratin.
    6. Place the dish in the oven for 15 minutes.
